What happens in your ten minutes

Each audio is a short guided session.

Day 1 · Ground

When your mind is still going, your body is exhausted and the day is still with you, we begin here. Feel the ground beneath you, follow my voice, and give yourself a moment to arrive.

Day 2 · Put It Down

We notice where you have been holding on, and which of it may not be yours to carry. A slow breath and a simple release give your body ten minutes where it does not have to hold everything.

Day 3 · Return

Once there is a little less noise, we listen. A guided journey takes you somewhere quiet enough to hear what you already know, and you carry one sentence back into an ordinary day.

“After listening, I was relaxed and the chatter in my head subsided.”

You miss having room to be you.

To get interested in something. To laugh and feel yourself in it. To know what you want before considering what would work for everyone else.

Your day starts before you’ve had a moment to arrive in it. There are messages to answer, choices to make, details to remember, and people already needing something. You keep everything moving because you know how.

Maybe your health has taken so much of your attention. Maybe life has been asking more than you’ve had to give. Maybe you can still recognize yourself, but you haven’t had much room to live from that place lately.

Most approaches start with your thoughts or your habits. I start underneath them. Your energy affects your nervous system, your nervous system shapes how you feel, and how you feel shapes how you think. And how you think shapes how you live. So we begin with the body and let the rest follow.

your energy → your nervous system → how you feel → how you think → how you live

Almost everything you have tried asked you to produce something. This asks nothing. It is a place to receive.

A note from Steph

Steph Gariano

After more than a decade of debilitating illness, I remember a day in Philadelphia. I put on my favorite red glitter jumpsuit, went to a gallery, wrote code with a friend, and made a fancy dinner.

It was the most myself I’d felt in so long.

There was room for several parts of me. My curiosity. My creativity. My pleasure.

That feeling is at the heart of my work. I’m a psychic energy healer, teacher, and coach, and since 2001 I’ve supported clients and students in reconnecting with themselves through energy medicine, ceremony & rituals, somatic healing, breathwork, and the wisdom of the body.

I love seeing clients trust what they know about themselves again. Many of the people I work with are the ones everyone else leans on: doctors, teachers, public servants, scientists, thought leaders, and everyday people whose choices reach everyone they love. When they have more room of their own, the people they love and the communities they belong to feel it too.

I believe people are ready for a deeper relationship with their own energy, intuition, and inner knowing. I made these audios as a small place to begin. Give yourself ten minutes, and see how you feel when there’s a little more room for you.

Three days. Ten minutes each.

You do not have to explain why you want it.

Your first ten minutes start here.

Your first audio arrives right away. The next two follow over the next two days.

Leave whenever you like.
