Feel like Yourself Again - In Just 1 hour

These Terms & Conditions Agreement govern your participation in the SIngle Holiday Session “Feel Like Yourself Again - In just 1 Hour” offered by Stephanie Gariano / The Healing Temple. By enrolling in and purchasing this Program, you “the client” agree to the following:

1. Nature of Services

• This session provides 1-1 private coaching, healing, and educational support.
  
  
• The Provider (Stephanie Gariano) is not a medical doctor, psychiatrist, or licensed health professional.
  
  
• Nothing in the Program should be considered a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  
  
• Client should always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to medical care, medications, or treatments.
  
  

2. Results Disclaimer

• Results vary based on the Client’s participation, commitment, and consistency.
  
  
• Provider makes no guarantees of specific outcomes.
  
  
• Client understands that the work requires personal responsibility, including showing up for scheduled session and completing assigned home practices.
  
  

3. Payment & Refunds

• All payments are final and non-refundable.
  
  
• Client is responsible for timely payment of all fees.
• Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the Program.
  
  

4. Scheduling & Appointments

Standard Cancellations

• You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. Email  [email protected] to re-schedule. Title your subject: “Urgent reschedule”
  
  
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited, unless due to a qualifying emergency (see below).
  
  

Emergency Cancellations

• In the event of a true emergency (e.g., accident, sudden serious  illness, hospitalization, or death in the family), Client must notify Provider as soon as possible.
  
  
• Provider will make a good faith effort to reschedule the session at the earliest mutual convenience.
  
  
• Emergencies will be handled with understanding and compassion, while maintaining the structure of the Program.
  
  

5. Client Responsibilities

• Client agrees to participate fully, complete practices between sessions, and take responsibility for their progress.
  
  
• Client understands that healing and transformation are collaborative processes requiring consistent effort.
  
  

6. Intellectual Property

• All materials, recordings, and resources provided in the Program are for Client’s personal use only.
  
  
• Client may not share, reproduce, or distribute these materials without written permission from Provider ( Stepanie Gariano).
  
  

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Provider shall not be liable for any damages arising from participation in this session.
  
  
• Client releases Provider from any claims related to physical, mental, or emotional outcomes connected to participation.
  
  

8. Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of California.
  
  
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
  
  

9. Acknowledgment

By enrolling in the Program, Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
